Chocolate & Peanut Butter Granola Bites

 

 

Heaven in a little ball!

These things are seriously so good I had to make a double batch and got few pictures of us making them!

 

Granola Bites

 

I mean these things are awesome! Just a bite takes away the sweet craving and its all healthier options!

ingredients

 

Here is the recipe I used:

2 cups Oats, ( pulsed one cup in the blender not too much though)

1 cupped chopped almonds( pulsed in the blender)

1/2 cup honey

1/c cup Peanut Butter

1 scoop protein(optional)

1 scoop PB2 (optional)

1/4 cup coconut oil

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup cacao nibs

 

In a large bowl, add oats, nuts, cacao nibs, and protein.

In a small pan heat the honey, peanut butter, oil and vanilla. Once melted add to dry bowl ingredients. Mix thoroughly. use a cookie scoop to scoop and put on tray. Put in refrigerator for one hour. Will keep for up to 2 weeks or you can freeze them.
