Weekly Menu & Grace

 

 

Happy MONDAY!

Woo hoo y’all another week to show us watch you got.

 

Another week to see the grace God has given us. My grandmother passed away this Friday so our week will be a bit short for schoolwork and a bit hectic as we prepare for the visitation and the funeral.

I still plan to stick to my journey of eating healthy and staying on track in regards to daily exercise.

Here is my plan for the week.

Monday~

Breakfast Snickers Shakeology (recipe to follow)
Mid Morning Snack~ Apples & Cinnamon
Lunch! Green Tea, Chicken Salad & Cantaloupe
Mid Afternoon Snack~ Yogurt & Homemade granola
Dinner~ Salmon & lemon rub, asparagus & green salad
Evening Snack~ Green Tea, Carrots & Hummus

 

Tuesday~

Breakfast Caramel Latte Shakeology (recipe to follow)
Mid Morning Snack~ Apples & Cinnamon
Lunch! Green Tea, Brussel Sprout Salad
Mid Afternoon Snack~ Yogurt & Homemade granola
Dinner~ Chicken & Veggie Stir- Fry
Evening Snack~ Green Tea, Carrots & Hummus

 

Wednesday~ (visitation day)

Breakfast Mid Morning Snack~ Apples & Cinnamon
Lunch! Green Tea, Brussel Sprout Salad
Mid Afternoon Snack~ Vanilla Berry Shakeolgy(recipe to follow)
Dinner~ lunch meat & veggies
Evening Snack~ Green Tea, Cottage Cheese & Sunflower seeds

Thursday~

Breakfast Mid Morning Snack~ Apples & Cinnamon
Lunch~ Provided by the church- no idea, but sticking to veggies and foods I know should be clean (lots of tea and water)
Mid Afternoon Snack~ Orange Sunset Shakeolgy(recipe to follow)
Dinner~leftovers
Evening Snack~ Green Tea, Cottage Cheese & Sunflower seeds

Friday~

Breakfast Snickers Shakeology (recipe to follow)
Mid Morning Snack~ Apples & Cinnamon
Lunch! Green Tea, Chicken Salad & Cantaloupe
Mid Afternoon Snack~ Yogurt & Homemade granola
Dinner~ Chicken & Sweet potato
Evening Snack~ Green Tea, Carrots & Hummus

Saturday~

We have competition this day. We will take a bunch of healthy picnic style food with us. I will also take my Shakeology, fruits & veggies.

Sunday~

Fun day to eat sensibly and without a strict restriction.
