As we are getting ready to go on vacation, we are trying to empty out the freezer. So the meals this week is sort of like a pantry challenge.
Lunch: Shrimp and pasta
Dinner: Sausage and peppers
Lunch: Caprese salad
Dinner: Smoked ham and potatoes
Lunch: Chicken Salad
Dinner: Taco Bar night
Lunch: Chicken salad
Dinner: Spaghetti and meatballs
Lunch: Frozen Pizza
Dinner: Vegetable buffet
Dinner: Chicken and broccoli
Leftovers and whatever Mom has.
So that about wraps up this week. We will try to use more up before we leave next Wednesday. I’m also trying to defrost the deep freezer. I’ll see how that goes. I think if we can get most of the food ate, I can put in the other freezers and we’ll be all good.
