80/20 Clean Eating this week

 

 

Now that Valentine is done and everyone is crazy hypes up on chocolate.. well we aren’t, but that’s because I didn’t get any or buy any. I was good.

We are still doing wonderful on our 80/20 clean eating.

Our week will follow something like this:

 

Breakfasts:

Cold Cereal, Oatmeal, Pancakes, Muffins

 

Lunch:

Peanut Butter & Jelly, Tomato Soup, Grilled Ham and Cheese, Ham Roll-ups, Chicken Nuggets

 

Dinner:

Beef & Broccoli

Chicken stuffed Shells

Chicken tacos

Grilled Burgers

Rice and Beans

Leftovers

Snacks:

Veggies & Dip

Crackers & Cheese

Goldfish {when we are on the road}

Granola & Yogurt
