Healthy Menu

 

I have been LOVING food lately. I think that's because I'm looking at it differently now. It isn't a comfort. Food is a necessity. It needs to replensih and hydrate. It can still be good too!

 

Here is my plan or the week.

 

BREAKFAST~

Breakfast bar with oatmeal, fruit, granola, cereal, and grain waffles and pancakes

 

LUNCH~

Letttuce Wraps, Almond butter and jelly wraps/sandwiches, Chicken Salad, Cobb Salad

 

DINNER~

Taco Wraps, Cheeseburger Skewers, Chicken and veggie skewers, Roasted Chicken adn vegetable, Skirt steak lettuce wrap, leftovers
