Menu Monday… err.. Tuesday

 

Well having your entire house sick for a few days is not so fun! Here is our menu for the next couple of weeks.

I did make the cheesecake, took no pictures and well, we have just a slice left. It was pretty good. Not a favorite, but good none the less.

All of these recipes are still on our Gluten Free, sugar free healthy lifestyle. I have included links for the recipe I used to make each of these meals.

Breakfast:

Smoothies, Granola Bars, Muffins, Pancakes, Waffles, mini chocolate cookies

Lunch:

Wraps, PB&J, Chicken Nuggets, Mediterranean salad, Tomato Soup, Cauliflower soup, Vegetable Soup, Biggest Loser Salad

Dinners

Chicken & Broccoli, Meatloaf {close to bottom she calls them turkey meatballs}, Spaghetti, Chicken Sausage Stir fry, Stuffed Peppers, Beef Stew, Leftovers, Vegetable Soup, Stuffed peppers, Chicken Philly Cheesesteaks, Turkey Taco Casserole,

Snacks:

Veggies & hummus, Almond bites, Oatmeal Raisin cookies, Fruit & yogurt,

Dessert:

Strawberry sorbet, blueberry sorbet, Chocolate Cheesecake let me tell ya there is NO Cream cheese in this recipe!
