DIY Hands free Soap

I LOVE my LYSOL hands free soap. What I don’t like is the expense for the refill bottles.

So I hacked my bottle and used my own liquid soap. It was really easy to do,not sure why I just didn’t do it before.

I took my trusty scissors, cut a hole in the top{bottom} side, filled it up and tada! Working hands free soap dispenser.

Yes my bathroom is pink, yes I;d LOVE to redo it seeing as it is orginal 1950’s I mean the lady had pink shag carpeting for crying out loud!

Anyways….

Here is it in action:

It totally worked and I can now save a bundle!

What have you hacked recently??

  1. Way to go! Nothing better than finding a cheaper way to get the same results. I haven't really hacked anything but I do refill my foamy soap with half regular soap and half water. That way I get two bottles of foamy soap for the price of one.
