It is getting closer and closer to going back to school. We took an extended summer break. With Daddy working nights and home during the day, it was just easier for us.
While reading my email, I read 100 Days of Real Rood. She has a great list of snacks for kids and adults that is “real” food. Not processed and I think we may try to see if we can keep our snacks real.
Since I want us to be healthier, I figure this is as good a start as any.
