I’m ready to lose you! 

I have come to a point in my life that my kids are important and I want to stay that way. I’ve tried many “diets”. What I am doing is going to be a life change.

I just finished reading The 17 Day Diet, by Dr. Mike Moreno. Now before you say I thought you aren't dieting.. I’m not. It is a life change and it starts out by cutting out the very stuff we crave… SUGAR, Carbs, SUGAR, fats, did I mention sugar?

One of the things I like about this book is that you aren’t done in 17 days, you work in 17 day cycles.

I am excited to see the results and will keep updated about my progress.
